Almost 40 Australian and New Zealand agents are preparing to head to Vancouver in June for the largest cruise-focused travel agent conference in North America, Cruise3Sixty.
Attracting almost 1,300 delegates enrolling from nearly all 50 US States, Canadian provinces and overseas, the conference will be held from 19-23 June at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
It will offer an array of educational sessions and seminars alongside three days of general sessions led by cruise industry leaders and the ever-popular two-day trade show.
Agents will be given the opportunity to tour ten cruise ships in town over the conference and attend a dedicated CLIA Specialty Cruise Collection Showcase providing a detailed look at boutique cruise lines.
“There are lots of lessons that can be learned from the US given it’s a far more mature cruise market,” CLIA Australasia general manager Brett Jardine said.
“The knowledge and experience gained from events such as Cruise3Sixty will help savvy agents to grow their cruise business here.”
CLIA president and CEO Christine Duffy will be joining speaker and author Nolan Burris in keynote presentations with the popular interactive panel discussion with a host of senior cruise line representatives returning for another year.
While the books may be closed on this year’s event, there’s plenty of time to prepare for next year’s – stay tuned for the location!
