A partnership between MGM Resorts International and Royal Caribbean International will allow both companies to offer a wider range of benefits to their loyalty club members.

Member benefits will be applicable at MGM Resorts International properties in Las Vegas, Detroit and Mississippi, as well as aboard Royal Caribbean International’s entire fleet worldwide.

“Partnering with their team was a natural fit for us as we strive to introduce our M life members to exceptional lifestyle experiences not only when they are visiting our destinations but any time they are thinking about travel,” MGM Resorts International chief marketing officer Bill Hornbuckle said in relation to their partnership with Royal Caribbean.

From January 2013, members of Royal’s Crown & Anchor Society and MGM’s M life loyalty programs will receive a host of exclusive offers and benefits.

International and domestic cruises will be given away during special MGM Resorts’ promotions and slot tournaments and Crown & Anchor members will receive benefits including; pre-sale access to concert tickets, priority reservations, priority hotel check-in, room upgrades and VIP services dependent on their tier level.

“Whether on land or at sea, Crown & Anchor Society and M life members will enjoy unprecedented recognition for their dedication to our brands,” Royal Caribbean International executive vice president of global sales and marketing Lisa Bauer said.

“We are delighted to be an M life preferred partner and welcome M life members aboard to experience our world-renowned Gold Anchor Service, innovative cruise ships, unexpected onboard amenities and unforgettable itineraries to exciting destinations.”
