Crystal Symphony will sail on two 12-day food and wine themed cruises celebrating the culinary arts of Australasia and Bali on 17 January and 11 February 2013.
Passengers will have the opportunity to participate in activities including complimentary cooking lessons, hands-on recipe instruction, wine tasting and cocktail mixology classes with a range of guest presenters and culinary experts.
Presenters will include; Damien Pignolet, modern Australian/French fusion chef and executive chef at Sydney’s Bistro Moncur, Balinese cookbook author and owner of Bali’s award-winning restaurant and cooking school Bumbu Bali, Heinz von Holzen, owner of Sydney’s Pier restaurant Greg Doyle and New Zealand’s first and only Master Sommelier, Cameron Douglas.
