The one where Pacific Pearl get a mini makeover

Ten pairs of interconnecting cabins and a New Zealand Ice Cream Parlour are just a few of the changes being made when Pacific Pearl enters dry dock in August. The minor refurbishment will also see select cabins and entertainment areas including Marquee, Mix and the Orient Bar refreshed.

Interconnecting cabins will be configured as quad-quad, twin-quad or twin-twin to enhance the group and family offering onboard with sales commencing on 10 July.

“The interconnecting cabins make it easier to cruise together and we expect they’ll be a hot item for bookings on Pacific Pearl’s Christmas cruise and January school holidays cruises around the Pacific islands,” Carnival Australia VP of Hotel Operations Sture Myrmell said.

Refurbishments planned during the short dry dock of 6-21 August are in line with those made to sister shipPacific Dawn earlier this year.
