The one where ms Europa’s facelift was completed…

Lido Cafe

A 13-day dry dock is complete for Hapag-Lloyd’s ms Europa which involved 330 workers, 2,000 square metres of new carpet and 5,600 litres of paint.

The ‘Lido Cafe’ features new interior design elements in beige and dark blue and the bathrooms on deck 9 were gutted and redesigned with light virgin stone and granite.

Both ‘Penthouse Grand Suites’ were revamped and a new communication system was installed in all suites onboard.

‘Media4Cruises’ by Siemens, offers passengers a more state-of-the-art option for in-suite entertainment with a myriad of additional services including the ability to post e-cards to friends and family back home.

The system also enables access to the internet via smartphones or tablet PCs.
